Please be sure your sampling materials, including cups, plates and utensils, are not plastic or Styrofoam. Paradise Chocolate Fest is a special event of Youth on the Ridge Community Foundation.
You are exempt if you are sampling and selling pre-packaged foods from a licensed company.Cottage Food companies are included and must have Food Vendor Verification.You only need to fill this out once per year, so some of you will already have it.

We weigh them with our Ticket Scale and pay $.50 PER TICKET ($2 per VIP Indulgence sample!). Welcome to the largest gathering of artisan chocolate makers in the world. At the end of the show, bring your Taste Tickets to Registration for cash. YOU get to decide on your own sample sizes and amounts, based on your unique products. Vendors love the Taste Ticket model for our chocolate festivals! Customers give you a ticket for each sample.
